The room was clean and spacious, the shower was excellent and relaxing, and the staff very warm and attentive. The location, across from a major shopping mall, is very convenient. Nevertheless, there are plenty of food options around, and it is two blocks from the beach.

The location and staff are the main reason why we will come back. I can’t say for bough about the staff - so knowledgeable and helpful. All of them - front desk, restaurant/bar, maintenance, etc. absolutely all of them.

Room not very clean; conditioner bottle was empty; second day: tea, coffee not replenished, some towels missing; took two (!) hours to get the tea bags and coffee. No water cooker in the room (why giving tea bags without the option of boiling water?). Maintenance so-so. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Convenient location. However: Uber drivers could not find the hotel easily.

Great location. Definitely a good pick for before or after a cruise. The only reason I did not give it 5⭐️ is that they have no concierge so not much in terms of getting advice on what is going on in the area. Not everything that is happening is easy to find online. A concierge service would have been super helpful.
