Very regular, not special at all

We had internet issues during the entire stay, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for business purposes. Also, parking is charged separately.

Best value

Formerly Park Inn by Radisson, a four star hotel, now for the price of a cheap 3 star hotel. The rooms, building, gym, staff etc are excellent, and they offer it for a fraction of its value. It’s great! Clean, fresh, comfortable, great view.

We are coming back again

We really liked the hotel. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. We just think the restaurant could have more breakfast options and the acoustic of the room is average. We could hear noises from people on the outside.

A brief 2 night stay enroute to a cruise. Booked it for the balcony suite and view. All elevator lights not functioning. Had to use service elevator with long waits. The pool not very well kept up. Hallway lights on sensors so walking in the dark till you hit a sensor. No good restaurants close by.

Whenever we have work events in santos we love to stay at this hotel because it’s so close to the beach however, in the 3 times we stayed here, if we stay longer than 1 night, the wifi doesn’t work for the rest of our trip. The TVs are connected to the wifi so you can’t watch anything or use the wifi on your personal devices. Definitely not ideal for work trips

The room was fantastic. The view from the roof was beautiful. The staff was accommodating and kind. I am very thankful for their assistance with my limited and poor Portuguese. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the amenities. I would definitely recommend this room for people staying in Santos. I felt safe and well taken care of.

Vista maravilhosa!

O local é um quarto num prédio residencial que funciona como um hotel. A cama, o chuveiro, a iluminação, a vista são ótimas! Muito limpo. A unidade precisa de pequena manutenção na torneira da pia , que parece estar solta. Os abajures estão um pouco velhos, manchados, mas funcionam. A TV não se conecta com a internet. Mas a estadia foi maravilhosa. O local tem vários restaurantes, mercado, padarias, quiosques próximos. Da pra fazer tudo a pé. Localização ótima.
