Close to the beach and restaurants yet still on a quiet street. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. All the staff were friendly and the whole place was very clean. Pool was well maintained and great for escaping the heat. Will definitely return.

The place was impecably clean and well maintained, the only thing that was missing was a toilet facility down by the pool meaning that if you needed to go, you had to trudge back to your room....not a major hardship but as they have plenty of room near the pool shower I feel it would be a major plus to install and I might have been tempted to use the bar a little more. The owners and the cleaners are friendly and helpful. Really good bakery about 5 minute walk away next door to a supermarket so good for getting breakfast and lunch items.

What a gem!

The hotel could not be more perfect. Beautifully maintained, great pool a f a short walk to Black Beach. Lots of restaurants, supermarket and bakery within walking distance. The owners were extremely helpful in all their suggestions and are arranging transport. Would visit again.

This is a wonderful place to stay, we were there for 8 nights and Perissa itself is much quieter than Oia and Fira but in a good way. Plenty of restaurants, bars AND just a short walk to the beach (no hills). Be prepared to fall in love with this Greek delight and not want to leave. For cat lovers out there, there are plenty to feed and love - local market sells cat kibble 🐈‍⬛

The villa is very clean, has a nice swimming pool and the staff is super attentive to details. The room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels provided daily and the air con in the room made our stay much more pleasant in the hot weather. Perissa beach is just 5 min walk from the hotel, with many restaurants and bars. There are also shops in walking distance, so you have everything you need in the area. Can hear the toilets flush in the other rooms that's about the only downside of the room, the walk to the beach is about 3 mins down the road, busses are on a timetable but your just as well guessing your own but that's not the hotels fault, all in all it's a great hotel in a great location for the price you pay.

Great property, handily located for Perissa beach, shops/restaurants and the bus service to Fira. Pool was great, with a jacuzzi type section and kept spotlessly clean. Our room was a little on the small side with limited storage but was OK for us for a 10 night stay. The room was cleaned every day and sheets/towels replaced several times during our stay. We are looking at returning to do some island hopping next year and we will stay here again when in Santorini.
