Giorgos is an amazing host. Very responsive to messages and assisting with setting up anything you need during the visit. The villa was exactly as shown and the location is amazing. It is very private, while still being near to the center of Imerovigli.

We couldn't recommend Native Eco Villas more! We stayed in the Xenia property. It was all we had hoped and more. We were personally welcomed by our wonderful host, Giorgos. The property is just as pictured, with a window framing the beautiful caldera. The bed and linens are very comfortable. The patio/jacuzzi is private, which is not the case with many of the other properties on Santorini. Beware that many of the jacuzzis in other properties are right at eye level with people walking on the paths in front of them. The location of Native Eco Villas: Xenia is just a few steps from many restaurants and is easily walkable to Fira, but is in the quieter and more beautiful Imerovigli. It's location gives you a full view of the caldera from the highest point on the island. We loved our stay here!

This hotel and George, the owner were gems. The views of the Caldera were amazing and the location perfect. Fira and Oia get overcrowded with cruise ships. This little town is nestled between the two. There were many food options within walking distance. Coffee is great at Browns. George was so helpful meeting us and carrying our luggage if you can’t handle lots of stairs you might want to skip this option or skip Santorini in general. There are lots of stairs everywhere. My husband and I are in our 70’s and were fine with them. They just take some getting used to. The pictures reflect this property exactly. It’s a great choice for a great price.

Gorgeous view of the Santorini caledra. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only downside is there is a restaurant right above our cave room, and the sound lasts until pretty late at night.

Excellent location. Once you explore Santorini, you realize that the location of this apartment is very convenient. We visited Santorini in October, so the tourist traffic wasn't significant. The view from the apartment was beautiful.

My wife, son, daughter and myself absolutely loved everything about this property. We were in Santorini for 7 nights and toured all areas of the island, and this was by far the best place to stay. The host was wonderful and assisted us in arranging multiple activities around the island, making everything seamless so that we could enjoy our vacation to the utmost. I can't say enough good things about Native Echo Villas. It is the very best travel experience we have ever had. Thank You George and Staff!

Absolutely loved staying at the Native Eco Villas! The villa is gorgeous, clean and very private with unbelievable views. Fira is only a short 20 min walk away, so it’s perfect to go grab something to eat at night. The host is very attentive, any questions or queries are answered via WhatsApp very quickly. Just fabulous! Anyone booking to stay here will not be disappointed!!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay—thank you for the warm hospitality and responsiveness throughout our visit. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, offering both comfort and privacy. The breakfast was great and with a bit different on each day. Being slightly tucked away from the main street made it peaceful, and the hillside location meant no one could see into our space. At the same time, it was just a short and easy walk to Fira. Highly recommended!

Eco Villa Xenia

We stayed here in June 2024 for 1 week. We had the most amazing stay, the pictures don't do this place justice, the terrace is very spacious with amazing views of the caldera and the pool was perfect to cool down. The room was cleaned every day and had everything you could need for your stay, very well equipped. It is very close to restaurants and bars in Imerovigli and easy to walk into Fira, passing lots of restaurants and bars on the way. Giorgos was a fantastic host who was always on hand to help with anything we needed and offer recommendations for our stay. I would 100% recommend a stay here.

Really and truly one of the best experiences and stays we could've had on our trip. First and foremost, George was the most gracious host. He truly goes above and beyond for his guests and I am forever grateful to have met such a beautiful soul. From calling us last minute cars, to checking on us as soon as he heard the power was out (due to strong winds during our stay). He truly made the visit so peaceful and carefree. My fiance and I searched high and low for the best place to stay while in Santorini and what sold this one for us were the host reviews and truly, George deserves all the praise! The place itself has everything you'd think you'd need and more. It was quiet, comfy, so spacious and super clean. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a place to stay in Imerovigli. The views are insane. The staff top-notch. The host unforgettable. A million times, thank you!

Giorgos the host / property owner was amazing! Staying here is like staying with family. They’ll arrange a transfer from the airport and meet you when you arrive. They help carry the luggage to and from the arrival area (and no, there are not a lot of steps involved in getting to the room). They bring breakfast to your room and are flexible with timing to accommodate your schedule. The room was huge, had great wifi, really nice private tub and terrace. The tub water was warm (which was our biggest concern) - we used it every night. You are less than 5 minutes from the Imerovigli bus stop, and right below the sunset path to Thira (Fira). 10/10 would recommend.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our vacation was perfect. He took care of every detail, from securing reservations at outstanding restaurants to arranging boat rentals and offering exceptional local recommendations. His responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and completely stress-free throughout our stay. The villa itself is simply spectacular. It is impeccably maintained, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every space was spotless and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The highlight, however, is the breathtaking view. Waking up each morning and watching the sunset each evening from the villa was an experience we’ll never forget. The scenery is absolutely stunning and makes this property feel truly special. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and flawlessly managed vacation rental, this is the place. When we first booked this property, we honestly weren’t sure if the villa would be big enough for us. We were also a little worried about staying in Santorini, where many properties can feel very close together and privacy can be limited. But as soon as we walked into the villa, we were SO happy, amazed, and honestly shocked by how beautiful and spacious it was! It was even better than we expected. The best part was waking up to the most beautiful sunset right from our villa every single morning. 🌅 There was something so peaceful and calming about the location. We truly felt like we had our own little piece of Santorini to relax and enjoy. The villa was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and gave us the privacy and peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. The views were absolutely incredible, and every morning felt like a dream. We also really appreciated how thoughtfully the place was set up and how easy and comfortable our entire stay felt. It was the perfect place to come back to after exploring Santorini each day. We’re so glad we chose this property for our trip. It exceeded our expectations in every way and made our Santorini experience even more special. The apartment itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated. A very lovely view and a fantastic location, though guests should be mindful of its proximity to a bar, which can cause some evening noise and occasional tourists wandering onto the roof during the day. That said, this is somewhat expected given how prime the location is. George is a superb host—enthusiastic, attentive, and committed to ensuring we had a great stay. His communication was always prompt, and he offered excellent recommendations. He was also incredibly thoughtful in helping us celebrate a birthday.

Our stay at Native Eco was amazing and the highlight of the trip. The unit is spacious, clean and beautiful. You could sit and watch the view over the caldera all day long and not get tired of it. The pictures do not do it justice. The host George was so attentive and welcoming. He was very responsive and had great suggestions for things to do in Santorini. Breakfast is amazing and changes everyday. It was the perfect fit for our family of four. We look forward to coming back one day.

The property has an amazing view from the top of the cliff. The owner, Giorgos, is super friendly and always helpful. Every day, we had the property and the Jacuzzi cleaned. The place is much bigger than it appears in the photos and is located in a very quiet and private corner. I highly recommend it to anyone; it's definitely worth it.
