No issues at all. I stayed a week. Quiet rooms, expensive comfortable bedding, great hot breakfast buffet and a staff that goes out of their way to help in every way. Every single employee greets you, checks to see if you need anything, smiles, etc. Lovely place to stay.

The room was very clean, the Staff very friendly! All of them! The parking lot is very convenient,just opposite of the Hotel with security guards. I only give it 4 stars for the location. I usually stay in the old city but wanted to try something new. It’s convenient if you have something to do in the area and can avoid some of the crazy Santo Domingo traffic . The restaurant attached to the Hotel was okay, but nothing spectacular. Not sure if it belongs to the Hotel, but you also get your breakfast here.

The only thing I didn't like this time is that my room was right next to where the cleaning people store the cleaning utensils; and they started cleaning really early. They opened the water tap and dragged the cart and moved the cleaning utensils and talked loudly among themselves, and that generated a very annoying noise for me who wanted to be in bed a little longer. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect in terms of location and staff treatment. I suggest they work on that part of starting cleaning so early.
