I stayed at Icon hotel for five consecutive days during a ski trip to Valle Nevado. The hotel is stunning, comfortable, and very clean. What I loved most was its great location in Santiago. Manquehue Metro Station is about 5-minute walk from the hotel. From there I can ride the Metro line to connect with the pick-up point that heads towards nearby Andes ski centers like Valle Nevado, La Parvati, etc.

We loved our stay at Icon Hotel! It’s a great location, right by a metro station, and the neighborhood is lively and safe. The rooftop bar has a beautiful hire, great drinks, and amazing service (especially Marcello!). The onsite restaurant is delicious. Rooms are spacious, have great views, and housekeeping is prompt and excellent (especially Jazmin).

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The Italian restaurant served delicious food. The menu had quite a variety of different foods. Modern property with good facilities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere at the rooftop bar and restaurant with music some evenings. A little out from the city centre but subway station very near to take you quickly into the centre. Only issue was the tiles in the bathroom appeared stained. It was probably just the type of tiles rather than being dirty, but it was a little disconcerting.

Booked a room during a stopover from patagonia, on my way back home, specifically for the rooftop pool and bar, as I wanted to enjoy the sun before returning home. The rooftop was closed for a private event, so I couldn't use the pool or rooftop bar, which was very disappointing. Didn't actually sleep in the room so cant comment on how comfortable the room was.
