The location was great as we arrived just across the main road at the marine passenger terminal as we ended our cruise. It was right in the thick of the city center so we were able to walk to it easily. The room, the lobby, and the restaurant were all very nice! A great selection!

A very well locatrd hotel for downtown Santander ... parking beneath hotel which was handy ... my room was bright and comfy ... a little dated but perfectly acceptable ... it was clean, had a comfortable bed and city view overlooking the cathedral ... a large choice on the breakfast buffet ... and their on site cafe was open late, popular and well priced for coffee and food ... I would confidently recommend and happily stay again ... 😃

Treated ourselves to a nice seaview room and it didn't disappoint, spacious and comfortable but would benefit from a hot drinks machine as well as the complimentary water. Breakfast had a good variety but no fresh milk, and the hot items were not appealing, luke warm and greasy. All the cleaning staff said hello and smiled, but the reception staff were a bit aloof, had to wait for colleague conversations to end before dealing with us each both at check-in and check-out.
