Very nice and quiet area. The resort has several towers, and this one was by far the quietest, perfect for getting away from all the noise. You’ll need to walk or take the shuttle to reach the restaurants, bars, spa and other parts of the resort. This tower also has its own pool, which is very peaceful if you enjoy a calm and relaxing atmosphere. room are very big and fully equipped with a small kitchen area.

One of the worst customer service we ever had! We arrived at the hotel at 3:15 pm and check in was at 4 pm. the process was done by 3:38 pm but they wouldnt give us the room until 4 pm.. they said no after us asking nicely since we had a wedding to attend at 4:30 pm and we had to get ready . We had to wait until 4 pm because THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ROOM READY when check out is at 12 pm..Mediocre service! On another note the road to the hotel was terrible, all of the hotels in that street are owned by the same owner therefore they have no intentions to fix this. Breakfast is a scam, they have a transportation to another building to have breakfast, which this is not mentioned in the website. What kind of "hotel" is this??? and the reviews mention iits exceptional with a rating of 9.4l!!! what a scam!! dont believe this trap

Wir hatten als Familie mit vier Kindern einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Irotama und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Unser Apartment im Del Mar war sehr großzügig, mit einem fantastischen direkten Meerblick und Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der tollen Lage direkt am sehr sauberen Strand, den schönen Poolanlagen und dem ausgesprochen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Auch das Frühstück und die gesamte gepflegte Anlage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Für Familien wirklich ideal – wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden definitiv wiederkommen!
