Lovely place to stay, very close to beach and shops etc..rooms cleaned every day..staff lovely and friendly. Nice pool too. Is noisy at night at weekends due to club nearby but with earplugs fine.

Neat layout and so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Nice staff, pool, amenities. Only drawback might be loud live music that on some nights will go to 3-5am from some restaurants on the main drag. I got used to it after a couple nights and chose to keep my room. I would choose Villa Casalet again!

Our stay was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout. The location is ideal and just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, which made everything very convenient. We especially loved nearby spots like Spirulina, El Cafecito, and Cafe Dan’s, which quickly became some of our favorites during the trip. The pool on the property was a highlight for us, especially as a place to relax and cool off after long days at the beach before heading out in the evenings. The only downside was the heat inside the house during the day. While this was somewhat expected given the climate, the fans could only do so much until it cooled down at night.

The staff here are so nice pool is large and clean for the price its amenities and grounds are good. Take ear plugs because the beach nightclub goes until late . Nice gardens walk to beach shops etc

Do not stay at this hotel on a night that the nearby night club Piedra de la Iguana is playing. The whole room was pounding from the bass all night long with no way to block the noise. The other nights the hotel was satisfactory with easy access to Playa Zicatela and the pool was nice for hanging out during the hottest part of the day.

Had an amazing 7 night stay! Such a beautiful place to stay when you’re in puerto. Just be away of noise as it’s in the club area. But the amenities and grounds are amazing and I would stay here again for sure

We enjoyed our stay at villa Casalet! Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops but far enough away from the loud night life at zicatela. Staff was nice and helpful. For the price you can’t bet it!

Staff are very kind. I lost my necklace in the bathroom and they found it for me. There's a small store right in front of the hotel. You can see the sunset from the hotel which is amazing. Rooms are spacey and clean. Has a nice pool and 3 mins from the beach. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable and clean

Very clean and comfortable hotel with great A/C plus fan. No TV, no mini fridge, no bedside lamp. No hand towel just two bath towels. Saturday night stay included free EDM blasting through the neighborhood until 3am from a wedding reception near the beach. Hotel not very soundproof in that regard. Felt like I was getting knocked off my bed like a Tom and Jerry cartoon. Would definitely stay again just not on a Friday or Saturday.

Great location and value. From the one corner of the property you have full view of the beach/ocean. As you leave from the back gate it is less than a minute walk to the beach. Very close to the shops and restaurants. The hotel is set up as separate cabana rooms, we liked it as felt more privacy and could sit outside our room and not disturb nor be disturbed by others. Good size pool to do laps. Grassy area next to pool put lounge chair on to read etc. The full ocean view is blocked by a building, but as mentioned it is not a beachfront hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beer and water for purchase available on site, aborrete directly across the street. Laundry service available one block up.There is secure gated parking for a few vehicles.

PROS: Staff: Diego & Brenda we’re Awesome hotel workers. Clean Rooms, pleasant Housekeepers. CON: Biggest Eye sore of unfinished 4 story building behind pool area. (Side of hotel) It’s been there unfinished for 9 years!!! Part of Staff: Older man who was working there when we arrived, charged us more money for our stay there when we had already paid for our Stay 2 months prior to when we booked hotel with Expedia. We should get reimbursed. The other 2 hotels we went to we had no issues at all on check in. No TV in rooms. 1 TV in Lobby only. 2 different days there was LOUD Music coming from area from a club like behind hotel close to beach area till 5:30 a.m. !!!!!!! We should be reimbursed for the extra money we were told we had to pay according to ‘ older Check in Male Staff Person. All booked by Expedia

No lo recomiendo. No se puede dormir de el calor que hace. Me hospedé en julio, en la información indica que la casa tiene aire acondicionado, pero nada más 2 de los cuartos tienen un aire pequeño, y el resto de la casa siempre estaba muy caliente. Los aires ni alcanzaban a enfriar también por lo mismo de que al salirnos se metían a apagar los aires.

La propiedad es muy bella rodeada de vegetación y muy limpia, saliendo del hotel tienes tienda a sólo unos pasos, gran variedad de lugares para comer, el mercado y la playa también se encuentran muy cercanas. El cuarto muy ordenado, limpio, bien iluminado con ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado, cuentas con áreas comunes como una pequeña sala para ver T.V, refrigerador y alberca, muy recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones de primera.
