The hotel itself was spacious, it had all the amenities one might need in a place like puerto, but was not well kept. I’ve traveled to various places and stayed at different hotels throughout my 20 years, NOT once have I dealt with the type of negative and discriminatory treatment the owners and staff had towards me and my group (3 of us, including me). From the moment we checked in, until our checkout we were constantly looked down at and treated as less, the Owner questioned us various times if we were guest in “their” hotel and was constantly roaming around our room to complain about anything. Our last day there, the owner assumed we had the AC on while the door was open (which we did not) the owner came into our room while we were still laying in bed to complain. The door was open because one of us went to order room service, which the owner also told us we WERENT allowed room service in our room, but we were told at checkin it was fine and we also witnessed other guessed receiving room service. The constant discrimination and constant classism was truly disheartening considering we paid for a more expensive package. Additionally, if you plan to have your room decorated for a birthday be sure that the one actually in charge is running the plans because we did not receive anything we had agreed on, from the color scheme to the decoration. Very disorganized in that matter.
Overall, the worst service I’ve ever had. I would personally never stay in this hotel again.
