Had a nice one night stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice to relax at after walking along west cliff dr. Good location, across from the beach and walkable to downtown for dinner and good, little cafe across street for some breakfast. Only complaint was that we were kicked out of pool area at 9 pm. We just wanted to play cards with friends. 9pm is too early to close pool area when in Santa Cruz.

It was great for a one night stay. Property and room were clean nice new flooring beds were comfortable. All bathroom fixtures really needed some love. Faucets were very old tile cracked in bathroom dark brown or maybe dirty grout towel racks and toilet paper was from the 70s. Along with the noises a/c unit but worked great but noisy. It was great location walked to the beach for my morning walk. Lovely beach trail. 6 miles round trip.
