This is an ideal place to stay when visiting Santa Cruz. It's 20 minutes away and offers much more than a Santa Cruz hotel. The room was very nice, the bathroom was huge, the staff was kind and courteous, and parking was inexpensive.

Second time staying with our fur baby. Clean and comfortable newer hotel. Convenient location for our needs. Some daytime road noise is its only downside. Will definitely stay there again!

The property is better than it looks in photo. Room and bathroom was big, nice and clean. I was very happy with our stay. Tip: bar at the lobby closes early like 9 or 9:30 so I was a bit disappointed but it's a good thing in many ways when you think about it 😊

Decent place but few things to note …black out shade didn’t work in room, if you book through Expedia you are likely to get an accessible room without wanting it as they prioritize direct book reservations. Parking is sparse and if you don’t have a compact car it will be tough in the garage to get parking. Place and room were clean

My ordeal began at check-in and went down for the next two days. The room I had was not the one I reserved. To “make amends” they comped parking - except I found it was already free. The room was immediately next to check-in and the lobby lounge (actually a nice space) so there was lots of noise late at night. It also shared a wall with the fitness room so wake up time was 5:15AM when early risers jumped on the treadmill. Finally, there was no hot water the two mornings I was there so I had the pleasure of cold showers both days. The property is poorly maintained - lobby bathrooms broken, faucets not working, “business center” computer out of order. One of my worst hotel stays in many years of travel. They have no business being in business.

We stayed here for 2 nights we came here for the Graduation of my son at UCSC. The property was clean, spacious and beautiful. The Staff needs to be a bit more friendly and communicative of the amenities of the hotel. There is not much to do or grab a bite around the property. Over all we are happy with our stay. Thank you!

The room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved having a small refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. Check in time was 3p and check out was 11am which was great! The available parking spaces has improved as we were able to find one at 10:30pm unlike previous visits.

I had reserved 3 nights online for a business trip . I arrived, checked in at front desk then went to room. Room itself was good except temperature was 85 degrees. I turned thermostat down to 68 to cool room then met co-worker for dinner. Returned about 3 hours later to a room still at 84 degrees. When I went to front desk to report and ask for a different room, he told me, “yeah the air isn’t working on that entire wing. I felt like that should have been shared earlier. He said it wasn’t going to be fixed until middle of following week. He finally moved me to another room on ground floor just off the lobby and bar. Needless to say I got very little sleep. Won’t stay there again, when my next trip is scheduled.
