We absolutely loved our room with the panoramic view! We were pleasantly surprised by the propane fire pit on the private deck, which we made use of in the evenings. Huge living room, comfortable bed, nice kitchen (has basic pots & pans but not too well stocked, would suggest bringing your own coffee). Also loved the jacuzzi tub. The bathroom was clean but could use some new caulking around the tube. The motel is older, but it does look like they have made good improvements. The location can't be beat, as we could walk down the hill through the private parking lot, right to the beach and wharf (a bit of a climb coming back up!) We would definitely stay here again!

The property, the staff, the cleanliness, the really well equipped kitchen and the size of the room were all terrific. The only drawback was that the windows from the bedroom and bathroom could be seen into from other rooms and you could also see guests in other rooms. The bathroom was not suitable for us, because the bath was a whirlpool bath it was set very high and because I am under 5'3" it was incredibly difficult to climb in and out of even to take a shower. You could not adjust the angle of the shower head so there was no way to stop it shooting water out of the shower. We placed towels along the edges of the bath to soak up all the water whenever the shower was used. I would stay at the property again but would choose a different room.

Location was conveniently located near the ocean and a short few minutes walk to the boardwalk and pier. They boasted a kitchen, however, I learned the kitchen cleanliness was dependant on the previous guest. We had to wash all pans, utensils, etc prior to use. They also didn't have everything standard (like a spatula- which we asked for and they took from another suite). That was a turn off, personally. Additionally: read the ad! There is no AC in any of the units.

Room could use high dusting other than that beautiful stay. I have no bad thing to say about this property. Literally minutes away from the boardwalk, Pier I’m extremely happy to have found this location and planning to stay here my next visit.

Super cute and clean place! Very convenient when walking to the beach and boardwalk! Definitely would book this place again. Bed comfortability is a solid 6 out of 10 but that’s a personal preference not a deal breaker.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property, especially for families. The apartment was spaciou, clean, and having a kitchen was very convenient. The pool was excellent, giving the kids a fun and safe place to swim and play. It’s within walking distance of the beach and offers beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was very friendly. The only problem we had was the crying baby next door. It definitely put a damper on our vacation. It was difficult to fully relax.

We were given keys to a dirty room. It was disgusting. We went home and did not stay since it would take an hour, which would be after 4 pm. I had two dogs, and my family in the car for a birthday trip. George at the front desk said they entered info into the system so we could get money back. Edgewater did refund the dog deposits, which were higher than the $35 which was in the booking site . It was $50 each dog. Okay, maybe they needed to update. People make mistakes. We were there 8/17 and today is 8/29. I have been telephone tagged between Expedia saying that the hotel would not call back and the front desk escalating to the manager, Gabby. Gabby was very nice in the phone and said she would look into it and call me back with 24-48 hours. No call. Expedia said she told them she left a voicemail to me. She did not. Expedia is trying one more time to get money back within 72 hours. I did not enjoy this experience and have wasted hours going through phone trees and getting documentation. I currently sm waiting for 72 for Expedia. I will update this review if I get satisfaction. I plan to update every review site I can think of so people are fully aware. I wish this were resolved. I wish the front desk had not indicated I would get money back if there policy was that I wouldn’t. I wish Gabby had followed through. There were so many ways to avoid these problems.
