The location in front of the Santa Cruz Boardwalk was very convenient and the room was cozy. The hospitality of the cleaning staff and front desk were superb. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll be recommending it to our friends and family.

We really enjoy the staying here, the room had his own private balcony with a table for 6, the room and bathroom is very big for a family of 4, the breakfast at the lobby and staff are great!. Very walkable to the boardwalk of Santa Cruz

Has everything but a pool, but you have the beach, ocean right across the street. Perfect for kids. And a pretty good breakfast nothing major, but had everything for a good breakfast.

Really loved our stay here! Quick access to the boardwalk, friendly staff, and a great breakfast! They have a make your own waffle station, or you can enjoy hard boiled eggs and yogurt, amongst other items. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

If I could rate my experience higher I would. We stayed here for my daughter's birthday, and everyone on staff went above and beyond to make it an extra special experience. Unbelievably friendly staff and a great location and view of the boardwalk.

Staff were great. Room was pretty clean. Keep in mind - this is definitely more a motel than hotel, but we had no issues with the general cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was nice but there aren’t a lot of seating options. Bed was comfortable and the outdoor shower was nice for trying to get all of the sand off a 4 year old who decided to lay on her back and do sand angels on the beach.

Loved the colorful and clean room. Front desk agent came right to my room to help me with my TV when I was having trouble with it. All front office staff I interacted with were so helpful. Really great location in Santa Cruz close to the Boardwalk and pier, would definitely stay again.

The room was great. Excellent location to the Boardwalk. Less than a block away. Room was nice and clean. Comfortable for a family of 4. I’m not sure how other rooms are but I wish the body wash/shampoo dispenser was o note back wall of the shower. I knocked mine off twice with my elbow. After the boardwalk closes, there are taco trucks right across the street so you can grab a great meal before you head to your room for the night. Awesome stay.

I love that the place is close to the Boardwalk. Perfect when you have kids so it’s easy to go back to the inn when the kids are tired from walking. The rooms are clean and they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soaps already in the room. Staff are available. Parking was easy when we went, we were there exactly at 3pm. Breakfast was ok,waffles and bagles,I wish they had more choices but overall,it is ok. The only area maybe to improve on is maybe have the rooms ready by 3?We went on a Tuesday but still had to wait. Will go back again though. Thank you to all the staff

The front desk staff were so nice and the location is unbeatable, especially with the balcony rooms with a view of the boardwalk! Clean rooms, bathrooms, and felt safe with locked access to elevators, stairs, etc. We can’t wait to stay here again.

The location was perfect an 2 minute walk to the beach and the included parking was a bonus. The continental breakfast was adequate and the staff was outstanding. Despite being next to the boardwalk the noise was minimal except the courtyard of the hotel was an echo chamber when guests walked through. Our room was in the back so away from the busy street but was next to the stairwell and every time the door opened it was noisy. Bring earplugs or sound machine. Very pleased overall though and would book again.
