Great customer service. Beautiful room, however there were food crumbs left on the floor. Bed was comfy and pillows were a too flat for my liking. Low shower pressure and the soap (shampoos/conditioner/body wash) smelled terrible. Bring your own stuff.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency to be close to California's Great America. The location was perfect and was less than a 5 minute walk to the park. The rooms were VERY comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Special shout out to Teresa at the front desk! She was so very helpful and knowing it was my birthday, provided special amenities for me. She made our stay very special!
