Incredible front desk staff and very thoughtful amenities! Ben was so lovely and upgraded my room. Bed was super comfy, and the hotel is very dog friendly. Can't wait to come back! Tea selection in the morning could be better, but other than that, great!

It was nice staying at the Kimpton, The valet guys are really nice and careful that they had a couple bikes for guest to use,my beautiful wife and I went bike riding for most of one day, which was awesome.The in-house bar was beautiful, clean and nice but everything was ridiculously priced. My wife got a mock tail and it was like over $20 and I don’t want to even tell you how much my double margarita was. The rooms are OK. My toilet was leaking. I had to wiggle the knob and the water pressure wasn’t that good. I like good water pressure in the shower overall, I give it about a four star.

Super cute hotel with such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly - from valet to the front desk, as well as everyone at the restaurant and bar. I especially loved that they offered a texting option for any requests, which made everything feel so convenient and seamless. The room was spacious with modern furniture and very comfortable beds. The walls were a bit thin, but thankfully it never got too noisy during our stay. Also - the vanilla latte is a must. So good! I’ll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Perfect location for day trip!

This hotel was the highlight of our roadtrip! The hotel was very pleasant and the restaurant was amazing. The location for walking to the pier and browsing shops along the way was a perfect day. If ever in Santa Barbara again, we will definitely stay here.
