We had a pleasant stay a the hotel riviera beach house The receptionist Tristan was calm a collect as we had a small issue with one of the rooms and he didn’t hesitate to adjust and comp us accordingly We go to this beautiful hotel every year for the 4th of July and it has nothing short then a special place for us. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back next year

​We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riviera Beach hotel. The decor is incredibly cool and stylish, and the rooms—while on the smaller side, which is completely expected for a boutique property like this—were remarkably comfortable and well-appointed. ​The location couldn't be better. It was incredibly convenient to walk to numerous fantastic restaurants and take a scenic stroll over to Stearns Wharf. If you are looking for a cozy, character-filled spot in an unbeatable location, this is it!

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 days and 2 nights stay. Our room was clean and have everything we needed, but what we like the most are the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating on what we need. The lobby has welcoming atmosphere and the location is conveniently close to all the places we want to go. We'll definitely stay at the Riviera Beach House next time we're back to Santa Barbara! Keep up the good customer service.

The property staff was amazing. Very friendly and was eager to help with anything. Only reason why it wasn’t a 5 star for us, was regarding the bathroom. When you would shower, the entire floor gets a bit soaked. Besides that, we loved our stay and how close it was to the beach/restaurants.

From entry to exit this hotel experience was splendid. The staff was so kind and gracious. I slept wonderfully and the room had black out curtains which helped make the room perfect pitch black.
