Rooms are modern and clean. They all have microwaves and a full sized refrigerator, both of which actually work. The staff we met are personable and down to earth. Our flight from Santa Barbara was delayed for 3 hours and the front desk staff did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome waiting in their lobby (despite checking out). Overall a very good and comforting experience.

Like broken body wash bottle, conditioner wasn't refill after previous customer checked out, hairdryer a little dirty, desk chair a little tear, connecting door very hard to lock, soundproof is bad, and need to clean bathroom shelves better.
