Aesthetically lovely but sink faucet was loose and misaligned with sink so water spilled onto floor. Very clean. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast.

A very quaint Spanish architectural design with beautiful tile work on the entry arch. I loved its walkability and proximity to the town of Ojai. The king-size bed was roomy and comfortable. There was free parking and a good continental breakfast. One caveat is the short flight of stairs to the rooms. The front desk was helpful, but not always there. I would stay again.

Huge room with aircon and very comfortable. The inn was very beautiful and the pool and spa a welcome surprise to us! Perfect location to wonder into town and very close to the Libbey bowl where we had tickets to a concert. Lots going on there throughout the summer.

6/10 Okay

Good location, walking distance from main Ojai area. The room was pretty good but could have used a more thorough cleaning. We also had arrived at 2:40pm and went to see if we could check in a few minutes early but there wasn’t any staff on the property which seemed strange. Not a first choice for a repeat stay but in a pinch it would be fine.

Great location and spacious room but microwave and several outlets were not working. Wifi was spotty and beds were too soft for our taste.

We gave a deposit of $100 cash, we were not able to get the deposit back, no staff on hand at time of checkout. Apparently the desk staff does not show up until 3pm. Called a few times and never received any follow up calls regarding my deposit. The location of the inn was very convenient and the rooms were clean. They just need to better staff the place and return phone calls.

This hotel is an adventurous traveler’s dream. The aesthetics, affordability, and proximity to the downtown and natural areas made it perfectly accessible and enjoyable to stay. Details I enjoyed the most: ~ The scenery and furniture- beautiful! (Stained glass, Tiffany lamps✨ mosaic, nature) it smelled really good too ~ The bed was comfortable ~ The private feel to every room was nice (upstairs had a small patio area) ~ Jacuzzi in the room (we didn’t use it but that was cool!) ~ Beautiful breakfast area with birds and fish ~ The pool area had a bathroom which was SO helpful since it included a shower ~ Bathrobes ~ Soft towels and pool towels provided without having to ask ~ Towels to place on the floor after shower ~ The AC was pleasant, had fan option and cool I really loved the stay, it was the perfect place for a getaway ✨
