A super cute place to stay for a couple of nights. Close to anything you want in town. Nice little porch area to read a book and the breakfast/coffee spread each morning was nice. Would stay there again!

Good location, walking distance from main Ojai area. The room was pretty good but could have used a more thorough cleaning. We also had arrived at 2:40pm and went to see if we could check in a few minutes early but there wasn’t any staff on the property which seemed strange. Not a first choice for a repeat stay but in a pinch it would be fine.

We gave a deposit of $100 cash, we were not able to get the deposit back, no staff on hand at time of checkout. Apparently the desk staff does not show up until 3pm. Called a few times and never received any follow up calls regarding my deposit. The location of the inn was very convenient and the rooms were clean. They just need to better staff the place and return phone calls.

This hotel is an adventurous traveler’s dream. The aesthetics, affordability, and proximity to the downtown and natural areas made it perfectly accessible and enjoyable to stay. Details I enjoyed the most: ~ The scenery and furniture- beautiful! (Stained glass, Tiffany lamps✨ mosaic, nature) it smelled really good too ~ The bed was comfortable ~ The private feel to every room was nice (upstairs had a small patio area) ~ Jacuzzi in the room (we didn’t use it but that was cool!) ~ Beautiful breakfast area with birds and fish ~ The pool area had a bathroom which was SO helpful since it included a shower ~ Bathrobes ~ Soft towels and pool towels provided without having to ask ~ Towels to place on the floor after shower ~ The AC was pleasant, had fan option and cool I really loved the stay, it was the perfect place for a getaway ✨

This should be more advertised as a motel . Reception was closed when I arrived early and was told to come back after 3 pm Nothing special Staff Barely smiling and lacking basic hospitality. very convenient location and parking , Bed was dangerously high, old and noisy . <$100 quality of $263 per night price tag. Good location as it is walkable to many great spots. The place had character but everything was outdated. Sunken bed, thin walls and ceilings, water pressure in the shower, soaps and shampoo…all could use an upgrade to justify the cost.
