We were welcomed by Juan, administration, who was always helpful with suggestions on meals, very attentive in helping us whenever needed. He went above and beyond his duties. It was such an amazing stay. We stayed two night. I personally think 2-3 nights is ideal since it hard to get out and come in. The dirt road to the hotel in has a lot of potholes. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful property with great facilities for meals on site. Wonderful covered two-story dock with fantastic view. We took their kayaks out in the morning for peaceful trip around lake - jet ski was also available. The road around the lake is pretty rough but once we got to the hotel, this was a perfect hideaway. Definitely recommend. El Salvador is the up and coming Central American vacation spot.

It was a nice stay overall. It is a road dirt to get there and it was a bit rough but the final destination makes it worth the drive. The location feels safe and the food was very good.

The view and access to Lake Coatepeque us amazing. I have now stayed 4 tomes at this location because I love the view and access to the lake. The kitchen/ restaurant staff are simply wonderful BUT the reception lady who is part owner and her reception ladies are rude, need customer service training
