The staff was friendly, they serve free breakfast so if you’re not picky and just want an okay meal I recommend. I’m too picky so the breakfast wasn’t for me. The rooms weren’t filthy but I’ve stayed in cleaner. Pool and hot tub were clean and the kid had a great time swimming.

I stay at this particular hotel whenever I’m in Orange County… For many years, even when it was called another name. Super convenient to anywhere you need to go in that part of Orange County right off the freeway, parking is always fine, and the breakfast is always big and freshly made… Always recommend this location

Hotel was very clean and cute inside. Staff needs some training on greeting customers and making guests feel welcomed. Young lady up front barely cracked a smile and provided minimal direction on anything. Sounded like she was a robot or reading a prompt. Not the friendliest.

I like the staff serving breakfast. Very hospital. But the staff at the reception needs customer care training. Stayed there almost 15min to check in. One was busy talking even my greetings didn't respond until someone else came to attend to me. Amenities great đź‘Ť

Breakfast staff was a lil rude. They were talking to some people in front of me in English, but then when I try to ask for extra pancakes, they started telling me that they did not understand. The other staff was really polite though and the overall experience besides the breakfast staff was really great. It was a great experience will book again i’ll just make sure I bring my own breakfast.lol

First the good: the beds are comfortable; the fridge and microwave are very helpful. Not so good: the elevator is out of order. There is no maid service. There are ants in the bathroom. The hotel didn’t provide conditioner or lotion for guests.
