Pros: The room was clean. The location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: We only had breakfast once(thanfully). The supposedly clean plates were filthy. We had to spend quite a while looking for one that was reasonably clean, only for it to be snatched from our hands by a very very rude guest who seemed in a hurry to eat. The breakfast staff were not particularly welcoming either. The room was also showing signs of wear and tear in several places, including damaged walls and a bathtub that drained very slowly.

Beautiful sea view, very clean. We had self catering so cannot comment on evening dining, although did have lunch from bar which was of good quality and value. Entertainment not brilliant, didn’t watch every night though. Staff friendly & helpful. Hot water ran out couple of evenings, had to wait a short while for it to start come back on. Overall was a lovely holiday

Great hotel- well worth the visit.

This hotel was outstanding- from the minute we arrived the service and facilities were perfect. Greeted on arrival and the hotel had left food and water in our room due to a later flight. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was great- only little feedback would be to get the cleaners some longer mops for the balconies. It's only a matter of time before one of them drop it over when cleaning. Food was brilliant and service great. Will be back for sure. One of my fav mini breaks.

Great hotel, location and service.

Just returned from a 10 night stay, what a lovely hotel, great location and views from the room and balcony. Junior suite was perfect for us as a couple, as we can tend to need different environments to sleep, i loved the air conditioned bedroom, where my hubby doesnt like it too cool and like the noise of the tv to help him off to sleep. So he preferred to sleep in the lounge. The pool area and bar are lovely. We didnt eat in the hotel, however was a little frustrated when we tried to go to the Mexican restaurant, but was told, that despite it being near on empty, that we needed to prebook at reception. Needless to say, we didnt go back.

Great hotel for our 6 nights stay in Sa Coma. We arrived before 1 pm and we could have a room straight away instead of just dropping the bags in the luggage area!Very friendly and helpful ladies at the reception ( Check in Sunday ) Staff at the Restaurant was friendly and very attentive .Hotel is nice, room was clean and big enough, space for luggage, tea/coffee offered as complimentary ( it would be nice if it would have been everyday offered) Buffet was great, Breakfast and Dinner(we had halfboard), it was a lovely buffet where I could get a vareity of food.Pool although not so huge, but good enough, but the Beach was really infront of the Hotel. The rooms were very clean,the cleaning ladies are really doing it well. Over all the Hotel is clean ,nice and a family friendly Hotel. Well be coming in October again this year!

We stayed at this place for a week and wanted to highlight to positive/negative aspects of this hotel and unfortunately the positives do not outweigh the negatives. Positives: - Location is nice. Short walk to the beach. - Lots of restaurants/shops walkable. - The pool was nice and wasn't too hard to find chairs most of the time. - We only did the breakfast but it was a decent spread with lots of options though it was basically the same setup for every day. - Most of the staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of one man who was rude and will be addressed in the negative comments. Negatives: - Noise, the front of the room faces restaurants and there is a British pub that does Karaoke and other load events at night so if you have a child sleeping in that part of the room it will be loud. Plan on bringing a sound machine to drown it out. - The room AC did not work great. It would hover around 78-80 degrees no matter how high you turned the AC on. Also it says on the description that there is a refrigerator but it's really a minibar that barely does anything. We contacted the front desk to complain and the man was very rude and insinuated we were dumb for thinking it would keep drinks cold. Our was room temperature inside so it wasn't working and they never came to fix it after telling them numerous times. - The parking lot next to it was closed the whole time we were there for a festival that would play loud music most nights till midnight.

Sa Coma is a lovely area. The hotel it’s self, beach and surrounding areas are great. Food was good with a wide selection. What lacked was anything to do within the hotel. No activity’s through the day, no entertainment on an evening. Overall not bad but next time I’d go to a different hotel.

Ho soggiornato qui con mia figlia di 1 anno. La struttura sarebbe perfetta senza bambini piccoli, ma per le famiglie presenta diverse criticità. Note positive: * Posizione: Eccellente, adiacente a spiaggia e negozi. * Camere: Spaziose, confortevoli e con una bellissima vista. * Buffet: Vario e di ottima qualità (al netto dei problemi sotto elencati). * Flessibilità: Comodissimo il checkout alle 12:00. Note negative e sicurezza: * Ristorazione prima infanzia: Manca attenzione per lo svezzamento. Basterebbe 1 verdura al vapore scondita; invece, bisogna sperare nel menù del giorno (e per due volte siamo rimasti a bocca asciutta). * Sicurezza alimentare (Grave): Per tre volte in una settimana sono stati serviti ravioli ai funghi spacciandoli per ravioli al salmone o formaggio. Un errore inaccettabile e pericoloso per allergici e bambini piccoli. * Eventi: Il palco della musica dal vivo è stato posizionato sotto le finestre delle camere, disturbando il sonno dei bambini. Bastava spostarlo dall'altro lato della piscina. * Orario colazione: Inizia troppo tardi (alle 8:00, una volta addirittura 8:30). * Piscina: Sottodimensionata per l'alta stagione e ulteriormente sovraccarica a causa degli accessi consentiti ai clienti esterni del bar. * Wi-Fi: Molto instabile, come se non ci fosse
