The hotel was beautiful. The waterpark was clean and my daughter loved it. Wish there yesterday would have been open later than 8pm. It was great having so many options for good and drinks right in sight too

Staff was friendly and helpful. If you plan to go to Cedar Point then a must as you receive early park passes since you are staying in one of their resorts. My only complaint would be cleanliness and upkeep on property. Not terrible but not ideal.

From the moment we walked in they were so pleasant and helpful before we came we were trying to figure out what we would do to keep the kids busy they have everything planned out for you where you don't have to leave their building. they had activities they had crafts they had everything we were looking for Under One Roof we didn't have to leave the building for anything we will be returning now one thing I will say that I forgot they still should fix the cable for the parents who have younger kids that need to settle down with something to watch.

A very clean hotel with great customer service. The breakfast buffet was great each day with nice assortment of food. The caricatures of the hotel come around and meet the kids and they have activities planned. The beds were smaller than we are used too but overall was a great stay. Waterpark is alot of fun
