A very clean hotel with great customer service. The breakfast buffet was great each day with nice assortment of food. The caricatures of the hotel come around and meet the kids and they have activities planned. The beds were smaller than we are used too but overall was a great stay. Waterpark is alot of fun

The hotel was great, the amenities were amazing and there was always something going on for the kids. The water park was great, very clean and had lots for different ages. Only complaint is that the beds and pillows aren't the best. But the pros outweigh the cons.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were treated very very well during our stay. There was a slight miscommunication during our experience at the waterpark, but the staff was very quick to redirect and resolve the issue with great service. This is definitely an autistic, friendly hotel. We had lots of space for sensory seeking. The restaurant famous Dave’s was also really nice. We were also given early access to Cedar point.

Check in went smoothly and the room was clean upon arrival. We were on the 1st floor near the waterpark so it was pretty ideal. My only complaint is that during the week the slides, water coaster and hot tub were closed. There was still a few things to do but the main attractions were closed so we chose to skip it the last couple of days during our stay. Being this close to Cedar Point with the option of an indoor waterpark for the rain days is super ideal.

Mold around the grout of the shower, tub. The water park had no slides open and the wave pool was down two days. The best part of my experience was the location to Cedar Point, and the breakfast buffet is reasonable priced and good options to choose from and flavorful.

The staff were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. Besides the water park, which was clean and loaded with fun, the life guards were excellent! There was an arcade, bowling, putt putt and even an escape room. We had a great time.

Water park was good. Hotel and room has a weird smell, I don’t believe the bed sheets had been washed. If your buying tickets to Cedar point look on their website first. As a guest at a cedar point resort they give discounts on tickets. I didn’t realize this till after I purchased tickets at lobby during check in. I would think this is something the hotel staff would know and let guests know. For a little more $ there’s better resorts on cedar point.
