Absolutely wonderful accommodation. Very easy check-in and 24/7 human being to talk to you over the phone to answer questions. The hot tub was astonishing, geothermal powered with freshwater. The proximity to the ocean and the Golf Course made for a spectacular trip, the cabin was a perfect homebase to explore the Reykjanes Peninsula.

The cabin was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The view was great. Although we didn’t use it, the hot tub was a nice addition. We would certainly recommend the cabins to others.

Property was clean and met our needs for an overnight stay before an early flight. Didn’t really get to enjoy it as much as we wanted as we checked in just before midnight. Lots of room in the cabin and beds were comfortable. Overall, pleased with everything.

This cabin was perfect for a couple of nights in Iceland! It was well thought out and comfortable, with helpful amenities like spices, tea and coffee in the kitchen, towels and warm blankets for each bed, and nice shampoo and conditioner stocked in the bathroom. Check in directions were timely and easy to follow, and the host was responsive to email inquiries while we were there. We didn’t use the hot tub, since we were out and about for most of the time, but it would have been a beautiful and private setting if we had wanted to! Thank you for a great stay!

The unit was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. A washer/dryer, hairdryer, a very well equipped kitchen including coffee/filters/sugar/creamer, a toaster and enough plates, glasses, flatware for 4 people. The private deck with a clean hottub and a gas barbecue were very much appreciated! Excellent place to stay and fairly close to the airport.

The cabin was very clean, spacious, and we loved that we cook cook there. Everything we needed was available. We used the oven and stove to cook almost all of our meals and having a dishwasher was amazing. Peaceful, and close to the airport.

The space was a little smaller and more run down than the pictures, but still quite clean. Great communication from the host, though we did have a sticky lockbox situation, and it would have been helpful to have an advance notice on that. Location is wonderful!

The cabin was great, clean new and kitchen well stocked. Great location for the night before our flight home. Our kids slept on a similar couch in a different place but they supplied an extra mattress which helped as the couch cushions fall off easily so my 15 yr old didn’t sleep as well. Just needs a solution for the couch. We enjoyed our stay.

Before our arrival date I communicated with the property and was told that we were in a different building so when we got there we were rather surprised at what we got. There was no attempt to help. I would have loved to have gone to another place but everything was booked in our price range. So we just ended up staying. We are a family of 2 boys (15/19) and 2 parents and let me tell this place was so small. Do not even bother bringing luggage because there is no place to put them. We had to leave ours in the entrance because there are no closets or drawers to put away our things. The sofa was beyond uncomfortable luckily the lovely housekeeper gave us pads to put on top but even so it was not great. The best thing about this place was the hot tub. If it wasn't for that this place would have gotten a 1 star. We will not be recommending this place to our friends. Plus its not close to anything.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking a large meal for four. There is a supermarket within a 20 minute drive and a few restaurants. The lodge itself was lovely and warm and ideal for a quiet evening trying to see the northern lights. It was perfect for our last two nights in Iceland as it's 30 mins from the Blue Lagoon and 13 minutes to the airport. Will definitely look to stay here on our next trip to Iceland.

This is one of the best cabin homestays I’ve experienced. It’s not far from the airport or the city centre, yet the area is incredibly quiet and peaceful. I took a morning walk and it was fantastic—the fresh air and calm surroundings were truly refreshing and mindful. The cabin is fully equipped, and the highlight for me was the night-time outdoor spa tub. It made the stay feel unique and extra enjoyable. One suggestion: bring some snacks or drinks for late at night, as nearby shops close quite early. Overall, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful place and stay. Very clean. Comfy beds. Only two small inconveniences, Hot tub wasn’t hot enough for our liking even with the water mixer turned to hottest, so we didn’t use it, the wind made it too cold and the water cooled too quickly. No laundry in our unit, must have been in other units. We would recommend it to others but would let them know those two details.

A cute little cabin only 15 mins away from the airport. Everything was clean and area was very quiet. Just a few mins away from minimarket and gas station. Not far from some view spots. Unfortunate we werent able to see northern lights during our 5 days stay mostly because the weather and cloud coverage but enjoyed our stay. Will reccomend
