I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share our experience and warn other guests. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, neither in our room nor in the dining area. The bed linens and towels were not clean, and we found both red and yellow stains on them. We also had to ask for extra pillows, as there was only one pillow per person. Our arrival experience was also disappointing. We arrived about 1.5 hours before check-in, but our room was not ready until 15:00. We understand that rooms need to be prepared, but more flexibility would have been appreciated. Since check-out is as early as 10:00 AM, it would be helpful if some rooms could be prepared earlier. Instead, we had to wait in the lounge and lost valuable vacation time. We also booked sunbeds through the hotel, but they were located at the farthest end of the beach La Cinta, requiring a long walk in the hot sun. When we arrived, we were told that the second-row sunbeds we had reserved were already occupied. The only positive aspects were the breakfast, which had a good selection, and our newly renovated, modern room. However, considering the higher price per night, these are features we would expect. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to several avoidable issues.

We had a great stay here . The staff were lovely and friendly . The pool area is amazing . We went early June and it was reasonably quiet very peaceful and relaxing . When we arrived the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working . We told the manager the day we arrived and they had fit a new unit by the end of the next day 😎👍 . I would recommend a stay here

Outside amazing, inside not so much

The outside of the hotel is amazing - pool, tables, great drinks. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. However, the room we got was very small, the lock and the key were extremely hard to work with, it was hard to unlock and lock the doors, the view was not very nice either, we were looking at some backyard. The room also smelled a bit like mold. The beds were very uncomfortable and we woke up with sore necks and backs. Luckily we were outside most of the day, otherwise we would be extremely unhappy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay over all was very good. The staff were very nice,especially the reception ladies. The place was very clean, and was also cleaned frequently while we were there. The breakfast had plenty of choice, except on the last day when they had a large party of people in and we wanted to go down to breakfast earlier than usual, but there was no room. When we did go down again, there was no food left, and people were complaining and there was no juice, no eggs, no bread, no meat. So that was not good, and we were glad it was our last morning. One thing we did not care for was the walls were very thin, and you could hear every thing in the corridors and rooms.

Hotel Le Mimose is a beautiful place to stay, with a gorgeous pool and clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast by the pool - especially the chocolate croissants! The shuttle to La Cinta beach was great, but we wish there had been more clarity and direction about the location of the bus stop and the chairs on the beach (we had a difficult time on our first day). Perhaps a map and a sign outside indicating the shuttle pick-up location? In general, more information could be provided to guests upon check-in. For example, we were told hours for the restaurant, but not that reservations were required, and only found out when we tried to go for dinner. It would also be helpful to let guests know about the San Teodoro Beach Bus, which can be caught outside the hotel, and takes people to other local beaches. The wifi connection was unpredictable. It didn't always reach our room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The pool was the best part!

Super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit!! Das Zimmer war in Ordnung aber nicht auf dem neuesten Stand und etwas verwohnt. Die Sauberkeit war an sich gut, aber es waren Verfärbungen auf den Handtüchern und der Bettdecke. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind sehr schön. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel ist super schön und das Personal überaus zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Die Bilder hier sind teils veraltet. So gibt es am Pool mittlerweile so geflochtene Liegen und nicht mehr das weiße Plastik. Auch das Frühstück hat ein Upgrade bekommen und ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr üppig. Es gab sogar Soyamilch und laktosefreie Milch. Und der Kaffee ist hervorragend original italienisch aus der Siebträgermaschine. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager).

Flott hotell med rene store rom. Moderne og lekkert pool område. Buss til stranden fra hotellet flere ganger om dagen. Husk at bussen stopper på andre siden av veien rett ved inngangen til hotellet
