The room was very comfortable and there was a beautiful view of the bay with a small balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and had eggs, fruit, meats, breads, and cereal. We really loved our room and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

The room was clean and amenities fine. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Also, as it is an older hotel, there was little sound damping. It was okay for the price, but I would spend more if possible.

Good: Right on the beach. Short walk to activities. Kind, cordial front desk, excellent evening meal and service in the hotel restaurant. Charming old fashioned elevator (that sometimes sticks mid floor). Not so good: Very noisy. Most uncomfortable bed 'Ive ever slept in. Turned back the bed to find dirty linens in poor shape. Crack in the wall from baseboard to ceiling, handbar in shower broken off and not repaired, hair conditioner dispenser broken off and not replaced/repaired, chair in room with several stains. Tiny bathroom.

Very nice location with underground parking. Can walk everywhere in town. Nice breakfast. Reserve parking and a room with a view of the bay, the beach, and the island of Santa Clara, is a must!!!

This hotel was fantastic. Right on the beach. Our view was amazing. It’s an older property so expect a totally different experience compared to a modern, fancy hotel. It was a wonderful change compared to the rest of our trip. I wouldn’t do it different next time.
