The AC Hotel in Arizona has a beautifully cozy atmosphere and a stunning building design. Unfortunately, the room itself was very small, and the narrow corridor made it difficult to navigate with our luggage, especially with the cleaning staff in the way. Overall, a lovely stay but just a bit cramped for comfort.

The room was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. While we hear the ambiance noise of the pool activity it was also delightful. The way the noise would bounce off the building and get lost into the trees made it feel like it was part of the experience…. It took me back to being a kid. I wanted to go down to the pool too but I didn’t bring a suit. Parking was not the best but gladly it wasn’t raining. Staff was friendly and helpful but they were not very attentive. I suppose it goes with the type of clientele. It was a lovely place. The floor in the room is beautiful but it should have a deep scrub with a brush with the grain of the floor as it does trap dirt. Bed and sheets AMAZING… slept like a baby.

The overall stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the hotel cost more than other nearby options. Positives Comfortable rooms, Friendly staff Negatives & Issues: High price: More expensive than comparable local hotels. Missing room basics: No kettle was provided in the room.Limited toiletries: Shower supplies only included soap and lotion. Paid Wi-Fi: Internet access was not included in the room rate. Billing errors:, extra fees were added to final bill meant for parking 5$ per night even though there was no car also An unexplained $10 charge appeared on the final bill and the staff could not explain the origin of this fee.

The Marriott is on a beautiful tree filled property in a convenient location off 680 and behind a shopping area that includes Whole Foods, Target, Peets and many other stores as well as the new shopping area that has Starbucks, Philz and many retailers. Very friendly employees, bright & cheerful lobby. Room was modern, clean, comfortable king size bed, well lit from sliding glass door out to balcony (view of beautiful mature trees), lots of lighting (including next to the firm yet cozy chaise lounge), small refrigerator, TV, good size closet, full length mirror and clean and modern large shower with great shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Friendly M restaurant employees and a delicious full breakfast buffet-great way to start the day. Three elevators for six story hotel was nice so very little waiting.

Attended a party in early April, facility was good. Room is just okay, but loved having a functional walk out balcony. Room could have been cleaner, and wish housekeeping had ACTUALLY changed the sheets because I stayed multiple nights. Best part was Giovanni(sp)! He's the young man at the front desk, he is absolutely amazing!
