El hotel es el más bonito de todo San Rafael sin dudas, la arquitectura es preciosa, el restaurante es riquísimo y está increíble estar rodeado de tanta naturaleza. No tengo una sola queja de este hotel, es un 10/10 en todo aspecto

Creo que fue un muy buen hotel, la comida es espectacular y la atención igual. Le falta mucho mantenimiento en general al hotel, desde las camas, instalaciones y las albercas son frías.
