You can’t go wrong with Phoenix. What a great place to stay. Staff is excellent, on site food is delicious, amenities are top-notch and location is perfect. The best part, we were not treated like Expedia guests (which happened last year in Roatan). The place is great and staying anywhere else is just wrong.

EVERYTHING from the staff, location, grounds, and amenities were AMAZING! I can not say enough about this place! We had to leave after two nights for a family emergency and the staff helped us with everything! I was unable to get in charge with the golf cart company we rented from but the staff did. They booked excursions for us and even booked our sudden last minute flight home with tropic. We were late checking in by 4 days because of weather of Expedia tried charging us an additional $1000 for the date changes and the resort worked with us with no problems and didn’t charge us extra. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL! Danny and Titiana were extra helpful! We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic 4 night stay for my 40th birthday at the Phoenix. The service and help from the staff can’t be beat. Fun beach bars and in town restaurants within walking distance. Snorkeling excursions to Hol Chan and Mexico Rocks. I didn’t want to leave !!

Our stay at The Phoenix was absolutely amazing! The resort was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. There was always something to do, whether we wanted to explore, relax by the pool, or enjoy the beach. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our vacation special. They went above and beyond to help with our every need and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend The Phoenix to anyone visiting Belize. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect and clean . Surprised my Mom at the resort and they didn’t disappoint . Property to the pool to the view of the suite on the 3rd floor of the ocean and the restaurant on the property is amazing! Hospitality top tier .
