“Beautiful Property, But Poorly Maintained The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it feels abandoned and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gives the impression that proper preventive maintenance and housekeeping standards are not being consistently followed. I booked two rooms for my family, and unfortunately, both rooms had mold issues and were not properly maintained. One of the rooms had a broken bathroom door, while both bathrooms...

“This is Glamping! Beautiful views over the Taal lake and the volcano, feeling as living in the djungle but without the need for tent and camping fire: more civilized. On the downside, you have to be prepared for some animals that sneaks into your room as well; we had geckos and cockroaches. If you are uncomfortable with it you can always call the staff and they will come remove them, though. Definately more of a couples getaway or honeymoon, than family oriented or for solo travellers. But a...
