This was a nice inexpensive spot to stay the night halfway through our trip. It looked a little…run down, but they had great coffee, comfortable beds, good shower, nice soaps and helpful staff. We would stay here again. We would stay here again. Front desk woman was great.

The hot water and water pressure are fantastic. The room I stayed in had no carpeting, which I consider a plus, as the floor felt clean as I walked barefoot. WiFi worked fast, the staff member was pleasant and helpful. A little parking lot noise. This is my second stay at this property - will return!

Room was very clean nice bed, could have used some fruit for breakfast. Differently need window dressing some mini blinds or black out curtains. I had to put a blanket over the windows to block out the lights. Real big problem the people in the room next to us were up all night people coming and going doors being slammed all night women yelling to get in the room. I did tell the lady in office this morning. I was surprised she didn’t hear anything sense their room was right below she then mentioned she thought she heard noises but assumed it was from Taco Bell 1 block over. Anyway turns out he’s a frequent guest. Again the room and location were very clean nice bed.

Check in was easy and fast. The room was clean, but too much air freshener. The room had only two bath towels, one hand towel, and one wash cloth for two people. And only one coffee cup. Breakfast was supposed to be "grab and go", but was really non-existent.

Close to downtown SLO, very close to freeway entrance, some restaurants close by. Parking is decent. Property is dated. We stayed in a 3 bedroom family suite that was a converted 2 bedroom apartment. Couch had two big holes in it. Hairdryer in bathroom did not work. Beds were okay.

The breakfast was very sad: broken coffee machine, and a couple packages of gross muffins. Coffee machine in the room to the rescue? …. Um not….one package of whatever decaf and zero sugar or creamer and not one stir stick to be found. Towels, perhaps? Nah….two crappy small and thin thing. Shampoo but no conditioner……comfy bed? Nope. Totally could hear the springs when you toss and turn. The price was cheap and it was clean….so if your expectations are low it’s cool.
