Outstanding facility with comfortable and quiet rooms. Parking is inconvenient with only one loading zone spot and a few blocks’ walk to either a paid parking garage or on-street free parking if you can find a spot. Breakfast was terrific. Hosts were gracious and helpful. Location is convenient walking distance to all of downtown. Will definitely stay again.

Our experience at Garden Street Inn was exceptional. Situated downtown, it offers easy access to numerous restaurants. The included made-to-order breakfast was excellent. Other guests were quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel lacks its own parking lot, but there is a free loading/unloading zone in front, along with nearby free street parking and a pay parking garage. If parking isn't a concern, I highly recommend staying here. I wish all hotels treated their guests this well!

What a pleasant surprise! Had a beautiful night I. The Inn. The renovated rooms were beautiful. The location was perfect for exploring downtown SLO. The staff were so welcoming and helpful! The only downside was, in my opinion, the breakfast-a little underwhelming, but so appreciated the effort and friendliness of the staff who prepared it.
