“Excelente hotel y buen servicio”

“Family trip. Love all of it! ”

“Todo super bien! ”

“Good location, slightly away from busy centre but convenient and many options in the area”

“❤️”

“It was great!!. The staff very nice and helpful, they gave us very good recommendations. Breakfast is delicious and the lake view is very nice. The decoration in general looks very nice and cozy I loved it. The room is very comfortable and clean and the location is perfect, neary to everything!. We enjoyed our trip a lot it was perfect thank you very much! :) ”

“Place it’s ok, food was great , and the staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“The staff were extremely kind!! However, the room had a bad odour and the bathroom had mould and the shower did not drain. The sink and the toilet were also gross. We were able to get a great tours of Chiang Rai and the elephant sanctuary and the location was fine - close to the night market (but still far from other things). Overall, I don’t want to insult the amazing people who work there, but I would not recommend.”

“Hotel recién reformado,limpio”

“The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor, so we didn’t experience any noise from outside. The only thing I would mention is that the breakfast was not great. Honestly, you can find many better breakfast options in the city of Hanoi for the same price or even cheaper. The staff was wonderful and very kind, always assisting us with a smile.”
