We had a wonderful stay. Boutique hotel in the middle of all the good shops. Very clean, smelled great, the staff were extremely accommodating. Make sure you go to the roof top. Can’t wait to return!

It had an amazing scent. The black and white tiles were beautiful. Nice balcony. Bathroom is pretty small but not a concern. Overall I loved the cute studio. Terrace was nice too but I didn't get to spend time. It had a little view of ocean. Would be nice to chill with friends. There is no parking though. Nearby there is an overnight parking for 35$ but if you can walk a little bit there is a public parking near the ocean for 5$. It was a little bit loud in the night as it was on street.

In spite of the water being shut off in the area the stay was excellent the staff was helpful highly recommend novena suite in old sanjuan everything in walking distance 😎👍🇨🇺

The bed was hard…. There was no water pressure hardly at all! Took 5 min just to get wet.. lol There is no A/C in the room, just a ceiling fan. The staff was friendly and helpful… just need to understand that the room itself has some things that probably need upgrading.

In the heart of Old San Juan. Close to stores that have everything you need, and shopping in general. Clean and chic rooms and common areas. Nice rooftop for star and city gazing while having a cocktail. Not many extra amenities but a good place to rest your head. Room can be a bit noisy from the street outside but it dies down after about 10 pm. Warning, there are many stairs so not a place for people with mobility issues.
