Everyone is friendly and helpful. You have a question even if you feel it’s odd just ask they know and understand you don’t get how everything works when you some were new. Breakfast included is definitely very good. The room service is top notch. We asked for any and it was taken care of right away. Exceptional.

The valet parking was extremely helpful though not free. If you have a rental car you need to ensure where you stay has parking. Parking in San Juan is a challenge. So paying for valet parking was worth having the convenience. The hotel was relative clean but there was dampness all around in lobby due to pool and the location next to a bay that overflows onto street. There was also painting going on. The location is excellent—-walking distance to a casino and restaurants. The facility is ok but old. Would I stay there again? Maybe. Breakfast was typical Holiday Inn menu, but it did the trick. The staff were very very friendly. They did their best to accommodate our stay.
