Very cute boutique hotel. Centrally located to many restaurants and stores. Walking distance to many historic landmarks. Beautiful surrounding neighborhoods. Great price for the hotel and it included an open bar. Very nice place to stay.

The location and the staff were wonderful! They gave us tips and suggestions on places to visit and eat. The drink selection is low, but served its purpose! The rooftop was closed our entire stay, that was a little disappointing. My husband’s entire side of the mattress was about 4 inches lower than mine. Overall had a pleasant stay and will return.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Tons of good restaurants/cafes/shops around the corner. Staff went above and beyond. The only thing I didn't like was the sink and WC in the bathroom in our room. Water pressure at the toilett was poor and the sink didn't have a cap.

I was hesitant upon checking in because they assigned me to an occupied room, but then after that this day started to look up. There is one super nice lady that works at the front desk and she provided us a ton of recommendations to do around the city and always kept our drink filled at the bar. It is also a very quiet hotel, which was perfect for sleeping. The open bar is a really nice touch and probably would be the selling point for us staying here again. Overall, I would recommend it.

We love the staff!! Especially Cristian, Felix & Tatianna! So friendly and helpful will definitely be back to stay. The location was convenient for us and we loved Old San Juan. The rooftop offered beautiful views of the city.

It was really incredible stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they take seriously of your requests (the tv in my room was not working, they ordered a new one and spent 4 hours installing for me) The open bar is soooooo great, unlimited free drinks, coffee, wine etc all the time! The price is sooooooo worth it, we extended our stay due to this positive experience

Excellent spot. When people seek something walkable in a historic city, this is what they mean. Very safe, very well-attended (24 hour desk attendant), amenities VERY helpful (beach towel rental, free drinks at their bar, etc.). Rooftop is cool (I initially thought it was a rooftop BAR, but this is not the case, just a sitting area FYI, but you can take a drink or two up there). Staff is quite knowledgeable about the area and city so even if you don't have a plan, they can help you formulate your day with food, sights, etc. It's loud(ish) when trying to sleep but the building is 250 years old so, deal with it I guess. Clean, simple rooms, plenty of privacy, just cool. Book here.
