Great for a place to sleep and shower only. We can hear everything in the hallway, the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. But I really appreciated the communication with the property manager.

I Luvit Puerto Rico!🇵🇷

Had a wonderful stay @3050 Place! The location is just perfect. You’re basically in the middle of everything on isla verde. Great restaurants nearby, free transit in the front and the beach is walking distance. The owners were so welcoming and super attentive making sure our stay was great. Will definitely be coming back.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was beautifully remodeled. We did have a slow draining sink, but it was doable. The area was perfect. We were walking distance from everything- beach, grocery, dinner, etc. I'd stay here again
