Really nice people work here and they are helpful. It's just a motel, not luxury, no elevators for 2nd floor. But great location for San Juan, walking distance to a lot, parking is free and abundant and good, free breakfast.

Breakfast was good and the pool house made nice breakfast room. We had a handicap room with no closet and the bars to hang clothes in the bathroom were very high. We are tall enough to reach those and hang our clothes on hangers, but others may not be. Thant's my only complaint.

The staff was very helpful when I asked for certain services. They were very accommodating to my dog. They provided a good breakfast each day. The check-in and check out were very easy and quick. There was always plenty of parking even with the renovations going on. Hopefully they will get the spa repaired soon.
