Pleasant stay during my duration. Air conditioning and a fan in the room really helped in cooling off after a long day. Staff were frequently cleaning the hotel and guaranteed clean sheets, towels, and other amenities. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, tasty, and always hot as they refreshed each item often. Only downside is the lack of staff at the lobby. While they do have virtual staff sometimes, it's much preferred to have someone physically present. Enjoyed my stay here and would happily return in the future.

For the price in the local market, the room was very roomy. It had a slight smell of bleach in the room, which we like because we know the room has been disinfected. The roof smelled really clean. Everything was easy to use for a little bitty store. They have there with just a few needs and snacks was perfect. They did have breakfast, but we did not utilize that perk. Note they do have a virtual assistant for the late night or evening evenings, as only a personal assistant in the mornings when we stayed there. For the price, we will stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, (in an attached garage). The free breakfast was typical of hotel offerings. Santana Row for shopping and dining is very nice. The shops are high end.

Great value for access to Santa Row based companies and the highway to elsewhere. Very nice staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The only negative is that it takes 2-3 minutes to get hot water from the sink or shower, which is mildly annoying. In any case, this is my go-to hotel for my monthly treks to Silicon Valley.

Virtual check in process was super easy and we are grateful our room was ready before the usual check in time of 4pm. It is super close to Santana Row, about a mile, so it was convenient to go explore that area and then have a quick drive back. Someone near us had a pet so we heard a dog barking a good part of the night but once we turned on the fan noise it was drowned out. Also sounded like someone was having a dance party in the room above us lol. For a quick night in the area though before going to the airport this place was great.
