From the moment we drove up everything was above and beyond expectations. The valet parking was perfect, the check in was so fast, then we walked into our room on the 19th floor, it was beautiful, quiet, clean, the beds were so comfortable. Mother daughter weekend and a night at Phantom of the Opera . We walked to dinner and to the play, so close. We will be back. Thank you everyone who we spoke with. Great staff. Loved our maid too. She was the best

Clean hotel, easy check-in, check-out, and valet. I selected a basic room, and the room met my expectations. Wouldn't normally review this. But . . . 4-5 hours after checking out, we realized a purse was left behind in a dresser drawer. We called hotel's security to report this, they retrieved and secured the purse, and returned it to us when we pulled up to the valet circle. Major kudos to the staff for their helpfulness and kindness, and to the hotel which clearly instills a culture of honesty and integrity. Signa Hilton San Jose comes with my highest recommendation.

The Asian-influenced restaurant on-site was excellent! The food was truly amazing. Unfortunately, the wait staff was doing the best it could but there were not enough waiters. In all fairness, it was an incredibly busy weekend in downtown San Jose.

Loved the proximity to downtown and walking distance to the SAP center. Staff was extremely friendly from the desk to the valet and the bar. We will definitely stay there again

I am so happy with all your staff especially with Nayri she went up and beyond my expectations. We recently had booked our stay in a room that we weren’t satisfied at all staying in. Seen that we were going to celebrate our wedding anniversary. She was extremely helpful and understood the situation and took care of us! We love staying in Signia Hilton ~Thank you
