The location of this hotel is great; It is just a couple of blocks from the beach and the zoo, very walkable distances. The neighborhood felt very safe. The rooms were clean, comfortable and at a great price for San Francisco.

The location was great for going to Stern Grove. The room had plenty of charging outlets, which i really appreciate not having to look for them and then unplug something just to charge my phone. I also appreciated the lighting options. Free parking is was the reason I booked it. Low amenities, but it worked well for me.

The hotel is very simple but felt very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It is located in a great location with the zoo right across the street and many restaurants near by. While it does not serve breakfast there is George's zoo corner market and another cafe within walking distance with breakfast options and sandwiches. My only complaint is that we could have used a couple more pillows for the bed. When we asked the front desk for 2 more pillows we were told they only had one to spare. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay there again!

This property had free parking and was convenient location to the San Francisco zoo. They let us check in 30 minutes early which was nice but they were not very hospitable about it. I did not see any vending machines. No elevator only stairs so difficult to stay here if you have mobility issues, our room was basic, clean and quiet.

Been staying here for four years because the property is close to SFSU. The staff just seem to be pissed off with every minor request (I.e., check in, requesting an ironing board that should have been in the room) and they have been like this the entire 4 years. No extra fee for parking is a big plus. I just wish the staff was more friendly. Rooms are always clean.

The rooms are very modern and the beds very comfortable. Lots of on-site off the road parking they do lockdown at 10 PM which is nice for security but difficult if you’re checking in late.
