Very kind staff, helpful and friendly. Kept our bags for several hours so we could grab lunch before check-in. Clean rooms, soft beds, small but very nice bathroom. The airport shuttle driver was super friendly, and the breakfast had nice options.

What I really liked about the property was how clean, comfortable, and welcoming it felt. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. What made it unique was the attention to detail and the cozy feeling that made the stay feel more personal and enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Excellent front desk staff and price. Property is older and needs some TLC. Rooms are compact with very little counter space and limited outlets. Buy your drinking water before arriving.

Reasonable price, good location if you have SFO flight, shuttle service in time which is very convenient. Room is clean enough, no refrigerator. Free continental breakfast, which is also very convenient. I usually stay for one night if I have early flight. I have everything needed for a short stay. If you are looking for something fancy - this is not your place.

There is nothing worth to me to mention. If you just need a place to sleep, this is ok. Please don’t expect anything more - breakfast quite dismal, no drinking water, no lotion, no fridge / microwave, unclean sink, bathtub with hair all over. I wish I stayed at a different place.

Clean and convenient! Great location, about 10 minutes from the airport. With an early morning flight, took me 30 minutes to drive to the airport, return my rental car, and be at my gate. Would stay in SF again!

The hotel was ok. They did have an airport shuttle which was convenient. I picked this hotel because among other things they had an outside area. You are allowed to use it but you couldn’t come back in the same door. They locked it and the only way back in was going through the back and walking all the way around in the dark. It did not feel safe so I didn’t use it. Also the wifi is terrible. Overall if I had to book again I would book elsewhere.

The gentleman behind the counter was very rude! He did not explain himself well and was rude on the telephone. The breakfast was a very poor selection of prepackaged danishes and the only fruit offered was a banana. The kitchen staff were extremely nice as were the cleaning crew. All the people that worked there were very nice and very helpful with the exception of the gentleman behind the counter who was a large heavy set light complected Hispanic with a skinny mustache and curly hair. The room was not up-to-date at all. The tables were scratched up the bathroom and the pillow cases had ants, and the carpet in the hallway was dirty! I would not stay here ever again!

It can be a noisy area with being by the airport but all the hotels are exposed to the noise. But the hotel itself is very quiet. I was able to work without disruption and our pets were very comfortable here. It was very affordable for our needs and the staff was very nice. It is super close to everything too.
