The facility is very conveniently close to the SFO airport and was perfectly located due to our late arrival time and our early morning departure time. The cafe located in the check in area was also well positioned. The staff interaction was great and our final night stay in a room overlooking the runway and the view of the train was excellent.

The only reason to stay here is for the airport but it is definitely a nice hotel. We used the valet and had them keep the car for our whole trip so it was super convenient both ways. Lively restaurant bar open 24 hours. We stay here the night before any flight and it is always worth it.

10:30 pm checkin....front desk was so efficient....we were in our room within 15 minutes. After 11pm...room service was friendly, helpful, fast. We had water bottles with a BUCKET OF ICE delivered free within 15 minutes. The food was mediocre but the service was 5 stars!
