Loved the pool and outdoor areas. Nicely landscaped, beautiful plants and fun outdoor games. Elevators are extremely slow. Overall a nice stay and we would come again. So nice to have the shuttle service to and from the airport. Also nicely walkabale to eateries in the area.

The room was decent size very clean. the pool was nice and clean. staff was nice. only bad thing is on check out, your pass to open the gate to leave doesn’t work any more and calling for help took a while.

It was great place to stay with a 2yr and 6yr. Our door led us right out to the mini putt which lead right to the pool and restaurant. Highly recommended. Sons loved the food there.

We only rated the overall property a 3 due to the inconvenience of having to take your luggage a few buildings over from the Lobby Also security concerns as the doors to the buildings were open 24 hours and the hotel has busy streets on both sides so there is nothing to prevent anyone from entering the premises at any time. We did like the courtesy shuttle services

Nice location and shuttle service! Room was on the ground floor and we heard a lot of road noise. Ice machine in our building did not work. Shower did not have hot water! Main was called and showed us the trick to get warm water????

We didn’t use any of the property’s amenities during our stay. The room itself was good, but it was located in a low-rise building with the entrance to the room directly outside, rather than inside the main building. Also, housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:00 a.m., which felt much too early, especially with a 12:00 p.m. checkout time.

I booked Doubletree because I was in only for the night and needed the shuttle. The restaurant was closed but the tuna sandwich in the snack shack and famous Doubletree cookies were just fine! The king bed was amazing. The shower got hot quickly and I really liked the private bedroom and slept so well on the soft pillows.
