I take reviews really serious as I find them helpful when going somewhere. This Hotel is an Excellent Hotel, as a long time Expedia customer this is what I want to see when booking a place to stay. Customer service was 10/10, cleanliness was also 10/10, pool was nice for the kids, a cool walk way to go for an evening walk on the back, everything within walking range restaurants and stores no traffic in the area is you choose to drive. Overall I give this hotel 9/10 only because of the $15 dollar parking a night they charge.

Unfortunately, prior to checking in we were told the hotel was without hot water at that time, but a plumber was on the site working on the boiler. We were told, the hotel planned to discount the day without water. We ended up without hot water for two days. We were given credit for those two day. Other than that, the hotel was excellent. The facilities were beautiful with a wonderful walking area around a small pond with lots of ducks and koi fish right outside the bistro that was also very lovely. The people working in the bistro were great. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating

The room was great. It was as advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn’t 100%was the elevator. It was not up to the rest of the hotels standard. It was dirty and needed some repairs.

Wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and kind—the front desk team was especially warm and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the entire building was well-maintained. The lobby and restaurant are spacious with lots of seating. I also loved the refreshing outdoor seating area that connects to a small park.

Hotel was in a beautiful location. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was fully booked that weekend and staff couldn’t keep up with the mess people and kids left behind. My room had a great view of the pond but my windows were dirty. The pool remained clean, even though there were so many kids swimming.
