The total experience was 10000% amazing. Check in was very simple and quick , the staff went out of their way to help with excursion booking , directions etc. the breakfast buffet was abundant. Excellent food and many options. Rooms were cleaned daily along with the amenities in the hotel. I fully recommend staying here and will definitely be returning soon. Great work Zappadilly.

Pagar vista al mar es un robo, la vista es totalmente diferente a lo que muestran en fotos, lo que ves es una construcción y el mar muy pero muy lejos, había insectos en el cuarto y el internet nunca funcionó, y el televisor no tenía canales nacionales, ósea no tenían cable, un hotel muy costoso con muy mal servicio, dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y nunca lo arreglaron, no pierdas tu dinero en este hotel de tan mal servicio.

O Hotel é novo, mas fala muito ainda para ser um hotel a ser indicado. A arquitetura, a atmosfera é rop, mas alguns funcionários são péssimos, o som de Reggae na piscina é INSUPORTÁVEL, nada a ver com a atmosfera do local, a piscina falta limpeza, as bordas são cheias de óleo de bronzeadores e o café da manhã, comparado com os hotéis brasileiros é PAUPÉRRIMO. E cuidado com a reserva, pois paguei mais caro para ter uma cama King e me deram um quarto com a cama Queen, no outro dia, quando me toquei e mostrei na recepção, me disseram que devolveriam a diferença, mas não devolveram.

El hotel parece que es relativamente nuevo. Las cosas por mejorar son: - Poner colgaderos para las toallas en los baños, literal no hay nada para extenderla para secar o mientras uno se ducha. - entra demasiada luz del corredor en la noche al cuarto. El desayuno estuvo variado los tres días que estuvimos. El servicio estuvo 8/10.

O hotel Zapadilly é bem novo na ilha, pelo o que pesquisamos, inaugurou no final de 2025. Achamos o quarto ótimo, bem limpinho. Pegamos com a sacada para dentro, pois pensamos no barulho da rua, e foi uma ótima escolha. As atendentes, em especial a Claudia, que fala português na recepção, nos atenderam com muita hospitalidade! Até nos deixaram fazer um early check in☺️ Também sempre nos ajudavam a pedir táxi quando necessário. Mas nem precisa, a localização é perfeita! Fizemos toda a parte central da ilha a pé! O café da manhã é ótimo, com opções variadas e, se quiser provar, tem até cafés colombianos (pagos a parte). Única coisa que não me agradou foi o box do banheiro ser aberto. Acaba molhando bastante o chão do resto do banheiro.
