Amazing service

I have only the best recommendation for this property. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the terrace restaurant food was very nice and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

Breakfast was great but we were surprised we had to pay extra for the breakfast. I found this disappointing when other hotels we stayed at breakfast was in the the price. The other disappointing thing I found was wi-fi was very limited in time. For God sake 🙏 fix these two problems so I and other future customers can give you five star rating.

Das einzig Positive an diesem Hotel ist die zentrale Lage. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt leider eine komplette Enttäuschung: Das Zimmer war unsauber, die Möbel stark abgewohnt und das Bad roch muffig. Der Lärm von den Fluren war nachts kaum zu ertragen.

Für Notfâlle ok, aber ansonsten würde ich nicht nochmal hier übernachten. Klima defekt, Toilettenspülung funktionierte nach lust und laune. Standort sehr zentral, was fast das einzige positive war.
