This was one of the cleanest and best run hotels I have ever stayed in. A+ from beginning to end. My work makes me a professional traveler, so having suffered through a lot of hotels etc. generally I am pretty critical. An A+ for me is top of the line.
Cleanliness is next to godliness where a hotel room is concerned. Could not find one fault here. Suite was immaculate and cool and fresh smelling. Everything neat and in its place. Whole room looked brand spanking new.
And the STAFF! I wasn't expecting a whole lot coming to Uzbekistan. So, I was totally amazed by the kindliness, sweetness, gentleness of the people. I put my dirty clothes (two days of travel and one night of sleeping in them because the airlines lost my bags) in a plastic bag, called the front desk and asked for them to be picked up for washing and returned next day. They never said a word, picked the bag up, washed the lot and returned them to me. When I asked for the bill, there was none. The cleaning lady had just washed them for me herself.
The breakfast was delicious, interesting and nicely served. Very friendly mother daughter team (I think) taking care of it all and making sure you had enough of whatever you wanted.
The MANAGER even drove me to my next stop at a hotel 10k away from the city because I didn't wnat to go with an unknown taxi driver who might not speak English.
Just loved my experiences here! Thank you Diladora and Dilshod and others whose names I forget. Blessings on you all!
