An amazing hotel! Quiet, very clean, beautiful location, exceptional staff! Anna at the front desk was so very helpful! Her recommendations were exceptional. Wish we could stay there longer! The view from the roof is very beautiful, especially at night.

Staff were wonderful. They let us into our room early when I was unwell when we arrived. Breakfast was great. Good location. Staff held an impromptu watch party for Uzbek football game against Portugal in FIFA World Cup. Slight drain smell when running bathroom fan. Easy fix.

Room is cosy, clean, big enough, location to the main sight seeing areas in the city was wonderful. If the room had a bathtub, I will be happy more because Samerkand is so hot in summertime.

I stayed at Malika Prime for several nights. The hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance of many of the main sites. My room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. My only concern was that the wifi tended to be a bit weak. Breakfast was very good, with quite a selection of items to choose from. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a really good option for your stay in Samarkand.

The hotel location is ok, not far from Gour Emir and from there, to the Registan Square. The services are bare minimum. It was disappointing since i was told the hotel (maybe not this one then) can help with some local reservations since it is very difficult to have access to those activities from home. And on hotels.com, the hotel says there is a service from and to airport but once booked, indeed, we haven't heard anything from it.

Excellent experience at Malika Prime.

Malika Prime is an excellent boutique hotel with just 23 rooms, located centrally very close to the Amir Temur Mausoleum. It is also walking distance to the Registan Ensemble of Madrassas. There is also a lot of open green space in front of the hotel. The receptionists and staff of Malika Prime, especially Anna and Sherifbek, were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served was delicious. The decor of the hotel including rooms was in traditional Uzbek style with wooden ceilings and exquisite patterns. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay!

Прибыли в гостиницу поздно ночью, нас сразу поселили в замечательный 2х местный номер с видом на исторические достопримечательности Самарканда! По нашей просьбе нам сделали вкусный кофе. Завтрак был стандартным, но разнообразным. Понравилось все: сервис, чистота и скорость расселения. Рекомендую всем этот отель!

主要な観光地にもアクセスしやすい場所ですが、周辺にあまりレストランがないのが難点です。ホテル自体はそこまで大きくないですが、部屋は広く快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方も何かと声を掛けてくれて親切でした。

Очень хорошее расположение. Самый центр города. Неплохой завтрак, удобное лобби. Номера большие, выглядят неплохо. Матрасы жесткие и неудобные. Также очень нуждается в замене сантехника, и вообще ванные комнаты выглядят бедно и устаревше. Ванна загораживается дешевой шторкой, в результате на полу появляется небольшое озеро после каждого принятия душа. Мокрый пол становится скользким и опасным. Нет халатов и тапочек. На полу номера затоптанные коврики, которые тоже неплохо бы обновить или профессионально почистить. Очень плохие и старые полотенца. Они чистые, но всегда были дешёвыми и плохого качества. И их всего пять на двоих. При заезде два номера на три постояльца нам сообщили, что забронировано два номера на двоих. Нашли бронирование, показали-на троих. Разобрались, но впечатление так себе.
