We enjoyed our stay at Hideaway. The house made brownie is delicious! We enjoyed the waterfall in the pool, and Samara beach was a short walk away. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant delicious. This place had the best ceviche!

We were greeted by Holger, the owner. A very pleasant man. The “lobby” is a beautiful atrium filled with all types of palm trees, banana trees, mango trees, all edible for the guests. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel, because of its charm and small size. The atrium has a nice small pool for relaxing. There is drinking water and coffee complimentary for guests and dinnerware for use at all times.

Parking was easy and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt at home here. The restaurant was good. The property has small maintenance issues, like not all lights in rooms work, or some curtains are difficult to pull. But this is minor. I highly recommend these accommodations.

This property was everything we could ask for. Upon arrival, Brian, the front desk manager gave us a wonderful briefing explaining everything well and the property has a nice beach an easy walk in one direction where the sunset view is incredible. Head out the other direction just a short drive (or a long walk) and you have Carillo, an incredible beach that is lined with palm trees and so wide and expansive it almost seems private. The hotel room was great and the breakfast was perfect, served around the pool area each morning. A very relaxing, accomodating place, I will definitely stay at again when visiting that area

Large spotless room with plenty of space for belongings and comfortable bed. Private porch with chairs and table. Nice pool with chaise lounges and tables to eat surrounding it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Because we needed to leave at 5am they kindly made up breakfast boxes for us the night before. Short walk to a lovely beach where we swam and snorkeled. Wonderful hotel!
